Certified Tax Agents from the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK) have been granted permission to work in Qianhai, Shenzhen or open tax accounting firms in partnership with mainland institutes, announced Philip Hung, president of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong on 21st February.
